The staff were extremely helpful and amicable. Booked twin room, that was provided with nice bedsheets, the bedroom, for instance.
The shower pressure was low and I had to get used to it.

No complaints, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was a super base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, near to the centre of Cirencester, the city center of Cirencester, and local attractions. The location was excellent and fab, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cirencester Market Town.

The location was perfect, just a short walk into town and a quick drive to the water parks. Our twin room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a lovely bathroom and central heating. The breakfasts were delicious, with generous portions and the option to request an early meal. We had a peaceful night's sleep with no noise disruptions. Highly recommended!
